How much does a transfer cost?
The price depends on the route, number of passengers, luggage and time. That is why we prepare an individual quote for every request.
Can I take skis, snowboards and luggage with me?
Yes, your luggage, ski equipment and snowboards are safely stowed with us. Please enter the number of ski/snowboard bags and suitcases in the form so we can plan the right vehicle.
Are child seats available?
Yes, child seats in all sizes are available free of charge on request. Please tell us the children’s ages when you book. Children and babies need their own seat and count as a full person.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight. Even if it is delayed we will drive you to the agreed destination, provided you land at Salzburg Airport by 11 pm. Please give us your flight number and landing time.
How do I pay and can I cancel?
You pay in cash to the driver on arrival. Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the transfer starts; after that we charge the full transfer price. All conditions can be found in our terms.
